New website in fast, safe and user-friendly HWCMS
For Jacco Hidding of the renowned tiling company in natural stone Qubestone in Veendam we were allowed to create a new website in our website management system HWCMS. The old website, also from our hand, was now 13 (!) years old. In the world of websites: ancient.
In connection with the PHP server update in which our servers switched to PHP 8, a necessary development to ensure that we evolve and continue to meet the requirements that the internet sets in terms of security and speed, it was really time for the old website to be overhauled. For Jacco, this was the right time to switch to a system where you can easily adjust and add things yourself, such as blogs and photos: HWCMS.
Maintaining a website is very easy thanks to a user-friendly system
HWCMS Stands for Hoogma Webdesign Content Management System. There are currently around 200 websites running on this system, which you can find in this portfolio. HWCMS was built by Leo Hoogma, and is focused on good findability, security and user-friendliness. Because the script does not contain any unnecessary or polluted code, the websites that run on HWCMS are fast and secure. There is a short loading time and search engines can easily find the websites.
Of course, the technologies and security requirements for websites are always changing, so we are too. If you like to follow all the developments of Hoogma Webdesign, take a look at our blog page or follow us on social media.
Are you curious about the brand new website, or are you looking for an experienced tiler with a portfolio and review page that is second to none? Then take a look at the new website of Qubestone Veendam:
